Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Every order is printed, pressed, inspected, and packed by hand.

Because every piece is made in-house, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact us before sending anything back so we can reserve your replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kaivocollective.com. We'll make it right.
